Thanks to our strategic alliance with different companies, with more than 40 years of experience in producing progressive matrices and transfer in different industrial sectors, we have a large production capacity, both nationally and internationally.
Products
Currently our product porfolio includes all the necessary tools for the manufacture of stamped and machined metal components, as well as the transformation of plastic throuhg injection.
Cold stamping
We shape the the sheet through the cold stamping, we cover all possible measures, from small reinforcements to structural parts, such as stringers, internal flanks, as well as moving parts, gate, doors, bonnet and even flanks.
Hot stamping
Due to the need within the automotive world to lighten the weight of the bodies by saving fuel but without losing structural rigidity, hardened parts are manufactured from heat, in a process that we call hot stamping.
Plastic injection molds
Injection moulding (or molding, to us the US spelling), along with extrusion ranks as one of the prime processes for producing plastics articles. It is a fast process and is used to produce large numbers of identical items from high precision engineering components to disposable consumer goods.
